Cher Lindley, a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and beloved preschool educator, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2025, at the age of 72.
Born on June 26, 1953, Cher lived a life filled with love, purpose, and generosity. She was the proud mother of four sons—Christopher, Jeremy, Ryan, and Cory—who were the center of her world. She found immense joy in her grandchildren, Calvin, Rianna, and Charlotte, and was overjoyed to welcome her great-grandson, Liam, the son of Rianna.
Cher’s passion for teaching and directing preschool children was evident in every classroom she entered. Her gentle spirit, creativity, and unwavering patience left a lasting impact on countless young lives. She believed in the magic of early learning and the importance of nurturing each child with kindness and care.
Family was everything to Cher. Her love was constant and unconditional, and she poured her heart into every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. One of her most cherished traditions was baking during the holidays—especially at Christmas, when she would fill her home with the aroma of cookies, fudge, and other sweet treats made with love for those closest to her.
Cher Lindley will be remembered for her deep devotion to her family, her lifelong commitment to education, and the joy she brought to every holiday season. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she loved and those who were lucky enough to be loved by her.
